About Bling Cloud

We built this because we watched the recruiting math break in front of us.

Bling Cloud is a bootstrapped team in Austin, Texas. We are not a staffing company. We are engineers and recruiting operators who saw what happens to a pipeline when you have 400 open roles and six recruiters.

Built from a real operational problem.

Kishlaya spent several years consulting for retail and logistics companies on recruiting operations. The pattern was always the same: smart recruiting teams, well-structured processes, and a pipeline that collapsed under volume. Not because the recruiters were bad at their jobs. Because no one had built tools to match the throughput required.

The tools that existed were tracking tools: they told you where candidates were in your pipeline. They did not move candidates through it. Outreach still required a human to send it. Screens still required a human to run them. Calendar booking still required a human to negotiate it. At 30 roles, that works. At 300, it does not.

Priya and Marcus joined in 2024 to build the thing that was missing: a system that could run the logistics layer of a high-volume recruiting operation without adding headcount. Bling Cloud launched its first pilot program with a small cohort of teams in the Austin area that year. We are currently in early access with teams managing between 50 and 400 open roles at a time.

Three people who have been inside this problem.

What we believe about recruiting automation.

Automation earns trust by doing one thing well

We do not try to replace recruiters. We automate the logistics layer that keeps them from doing their actual job. The AI runs outreach, screens, and books. The recruiter decides who to hire.

Candidates deserve a real conversation

A voice call that sounds like a human conversation has a higher completion rate and better candidate experience than a form or a robo-call. We optimize for that, because it is also the better business outcome.

The bottleneck is logistics, not judgment

Recruiters are not slow because they are bad at their jobs. They are slow because outreach, screening, and scheduling were never designed to run at the volume that high-growth companies actually need.

Bootstrapped means we answer to our customers

We have no investors to satisfy with growth metrics. If Bling Cloud works for your team, you keep paying for it. If it does not, you cancel. That alignment keeps us focused on whether the product actually solves the problem.

What we are not

Bling Cloud is not an ATS. It is not a sourcing database. It does not make the hiring decision. We handle the logistics between a candidate applying and a recruiter conducting an interview. The decision to extend an offer stays with your team, always.
