Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 22, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Bling Cloud, LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on blingcloud.org. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Bling Cloud operates an AI hiring command center for recruiting teams managing high-volume pipelines; cookies on this site support basic site operation, recruiter account sessions, and anonymous usage measurement.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device, store preferences, and measure usage. We also use related technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember your cookie notice acknowledgement).

3. How We Use Cookies

CategoryExamplesLifetime

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this site. Analytics cookies collect aggregate, anonymised data only; they are not linked to individual recruiter accounts or candidate records.

4. Notice and Choice

blingcloud.org operates under a notice-only cookie model. Non-essential cookies may be active when you first visit the site. We present a cookie notice banner so you are informed; you may dismiss the notice or manage your preferences at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. You may also opt out of analytics cookies by configuring your browser as described in Section 7.

5. Universal Opt-Out Signals

Where applicable state law requires (including Texas under the TDPSA, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Oregon), we honour browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. Because we do not engage in targeted advertising or sale of personal data, no additional action is needed when GPC is active; analytics initialisation is suppressed when your browser sends this signal.

6. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be set by third parties acting as our service providers (for example, anonymised analytics platforms). We have written agreements with such providers that restrict their use of data to the services they provide to us. We do not permit third-party cookies for advertising retargeting on this site.

7. Managing Cookies

  • Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer to re-open the notice banner and adjust your acknowledgement.
  • Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time; see aboutcookies.org for browser-specific instructions.
  • Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies (such as session tokens) will prevent you from logging into your Bling Cloud account.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material updates will also be noted in the cookie banner where appropriate.
