Common questions about pricing and setup.
An active role is any open position with outreach, screening, or booking running through Bling Cloud at a given time. Roles that are paused or filled do not count against your plan limit. You can rotate roles in and out freely within your plan's concurrent role cap.
Most teams are running their first pilot roles within 48 hours of starting. Setup involves connecting your calendar, importing your first batch of roles (CSV or ATS), and configuring screening criteria per role type. We walk you through that in an onboarding session included with every plan.
Greenhouse and Workday direct integrations are included on Growth and Operations plans. Starter plans use CSV import and export. We also support Lever and iCIMS via CSV export flows. Custom integrations are available on the Operations plan on request.
Bling Cloud sends automated reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each interview. If a no-show occurs, the reschedule flow triggers automatically: the candidate is contacted and offered new slots without any recruiter action. The slot is freed on your calendar immediately.
All plans are month-to-month. There are no setup fees, no annual contracts, and no per-recruiter seat charges. If you cancel, your account and data remain accessible for 30 days after the billing period ends.
Yes. Bling Cloud handles the outreach, screening, and scheduling layer. Your existing tools handle offer management, onboarding, and HRIS functions. The two layers do not conflict. Most teams run Bling Cloud in parallel with their existing ATS for the first month before deciding what to consolidate.
