Bling Cloud, LLC is an AI hiring command center for high-volume recruiting teams in retail, logistics, and similar industries. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

- Contact and inquiry data: name, email, phone, and message content when you submit our contact or demo-request forms;
- Candidate contact data submitted or uploaded by recruiter accounts: name, phone number, email address, and availability information for candidates in your recruiting pipeline;
- AI voice screening call data: responses given by candidates during automated first-screen calls conducted through the Service, including stated availability, work experience, and role-fit answers;
- Calendar integration tokens: access credentials for Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook when you connect your calendar to enable automated interview booking;
- ATS connector data: information exchanged when you integrate a supported applicant tracking system (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) to synchronize pipeline stages.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit blingcloud.org, we automatically collect limited technical information:
- IP address and approximate location (city/region level);
- Browser type, operating system, device class;
- Pages visited, referring URLs, time on page;
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5).
2.3 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data
blingcloud.org is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the recruiting command center platform, including running automated outreach calls, first-screen calls, and calendar booking for recruiter accounts;
- Synchronize pipeline stages with connected ATS systems on behalf of the recruiter account that initiated the connection;
- Respond to inquiries, schedule pilot calls, and provide customer support;
- Improve the accuracy and performance of the automated screening and scheduling features;
- Send service updates and, where required, obtain consent before sending marketing communications;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations, including responding to valid legal process.
We do not use candidate call recordings or screening responses to train AI models without explicit written consent from the recruiter account and the affected candidate. Call content is used solely to generate screening summaries and pipeline stage updates within your account.
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see your state's section below.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, telephony infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics providers) under contractual confidentiality terms that restrict their use of data to the services they provide us;
- ATS providers you have explicitly connected to your Bling Cloud account, for the limited purpose of pipeline synchronization you authorized;
- Calendar providers (Google, Microsoft) for the limited purpose of writing confirmed interview slots as directed by your account;
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share candidate screening data with any party other than the recruiter account that submitted that candidate's information.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:
- Recruiter account data is retained for the duration of the account and for up to 36 months after account closure to support audits and dispute resolution;
- Candidate pipeline data (contact information, call summaries, screening results) is retained for 24 months from the date of last activity in your account, then deleted or anonymized unless you request earlier deletion;
- Call recordings, where retained, are stored for a maximum of 90 days, then deleted;
- Marketing-list contacts are purged after 24 months of inactivity;
- Server access logs are retained 90 days, then aggregated.
You may request earlier deletion of candidate data by emailing [email protected].
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, least-privilege access controls, and per-account data isolation. Calendar and ATS integration credentials are stored in encrypted vaults, not in plain text. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
